Wizard's Utility CD: End Users' License

Welcome to the Wizard Solutions Tools CD

EACH BUTTON OPENS UP AN HTML (WEB) DOCUMENT, CLICKING THE "INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE" LINK INSTALLS THE CHOSEN PROGRAM. Please follow the installation dialog boxes by selecting the aprropriate responses.

In the event your browser is not functioning correctly, you may click the last button, "Browse This CD-ROM" and manually browse in Windows Explorer to the program you would like to install. We suggest installing one of the browsers located in the \Internet Tools and Browsers\Web Browsers\ folder to enable you to read the instruction web documents located on the Wizard Solutions Utilities Disk.

This CD includes Freeware and Shareware programs. Freeware software is free for anyone to use free of charge indefinitely.

Shareware, however, is software that may require the user to purchase a license after a period of time (usually 30 days) when the program may cease to operate. Some shareware programs will allow the user to continue using the program even if the trial period has expired. Some shareware limits access to all of its functionality until the user purchases a license.

Wizard Solutions does not warranty or support the software included on this CD, please contact the author or owner of the specific software for support. Each program may have its own license agreement defining the users rights and responsiblities.

Wizard Solutions suggests requesting additional training sessions for any programs you would like to learn the full and proper use of.

Many of the programs on this disk are accompanied with good installation instructions. Even still, with the power of some of the programs and utilities on the Wizard Tools CD, we recommend personal 1 on 1 training. We will instruct you on proper installation, and most importantly proper use of the various programs provided. One example is the Maxtor and Seagate Hard Drive Test Floppies. Improper use can result in data loss. Proper use can result in recovering data. A Second example is spyware removal. Improper use can result in not using these tools to the best of their ability, thus possibly failing to remove all of the harmful malware from the computer it is run on. Also, some of the programs included on this CD require periodic updates to enable the most effective use of their functionality. Periodically, the authors of the programs included on the Wizard Solutions Utilities Disk may release newer versions of their programs, and we recommend checking occasionally with us or on the internet for these new releases. In addition, the authors may choose at a future time to require purchase of their software to be able to continue using their update feature or future releases. Wizard Solutions is not responsible for software included on this CD's functionality in event either of these to events occur.

Wizard Solutions provides a variety of training in addition to the programs on this CD. Examples include restoring your computer, resource cleanup, photo and video editing, word processing, desktop publishing, web page design, and a large variety of additional subjects. Furthermore, this CD is provided free with training, and cannot be purchased individually. This CD is a suppliment to our Training Program, provided free of charge as a "thank you" from Wizard Solutions. We hope the freeware and shareware programs included on this CDROM help improve your computing experience. We do not charge for the programs on this CD, only the training associated with this CD. All programs included on this CD are readily available for free on the internet.
