There are some computer related problems that can be diagnosed and resolved over the phone. If your
problem can be solved over the phone, a nominal credit card fee is required. You will be told of the
fee, prior to the beginning of the the technical support. If your problem cannot be solved over the
phone and you bring your computer to our store front, the nominal fee will be credited towards your
total repair fees.
